Now you can get the same workout that dancers get! Try our signature, barre-based fitness class that debuted in 2014. This class was designed and is taught by our Artistic Director & Master Ballet Teacher, Lisa Fristoe. Because of this, you know you will be working the right areas safely and effectively.

Designed to develop long, lean muscles without the bulk, this class dramatically increases core strength and flexibility. We will be sculpting the glutes, thighs, calves, back, and abdominal muscles while strengthening feet and ankles to provide a strong base essential for performing stable movement. Strength, flexibility, and stability are important for people of all ages and abilities.

Imagine completing daily activities without pain and strain or participating in athletic activities with more speed and accuracy! You do NOT need dance experience, just a desire to try something new. This class is great for people new to exercise or for anyone looking for something different to add to an existing exercise routine. Join today and see how Barre Burn can give you a whole new view of your body!

"I took Ms. Lisa's Barre Burn class this morning and enjoyed it very much! I have never taken ballet before, so the class worked muscles I wasn't aware of. Yet I think the stretches really worked core muscle groups. It was fun and challenging!! Thanks again Ms. Lisa!...It was also kind of fun to pretend I'm a prima ballerina! Looking in the mirror didn't confirm this in any way, but imagination and exercise thrown together was working for me!" - B.Z.; mother of 2 dancers
